If you're getting this upgraded base mostly for the speaker, save yourself the money and buy a cheaper (and better) soundbar. The speaker works okay when hooked up to my phone. However, when connected to the TV…most of the time I can't hear the audio and volume is at 100% (max). The speaker lacks an actual electronic brand so also having issues connecting the speaker to my TVs universal remote. The speaker function is the main upgrade for this base…it is not worth the extra thousands of dollars.

DONT RECOMMEND, We paid alot for this base and it bent very quickly. One of the legs broke and the base bended on the top half- we have not had a good sleep in a long time as a result. We are not "small" people however were also nowhere near the weight capacity so I was shocked to see how easily it was able to crack. The warranty experience also was not great. The fact that you cannot use the enter amount to cover both the replacement and the shipping is just predatory. I had a remaining amount that would cover the shipping, and then some and I could not use it. Even thought to add some bedsheets to make sure the full amount is used- NOPE. Its out of pocket. Very displeased with my entire experience with tempur-pedic.

Delivery was great and fast set up. Got the base model and for my needs it fits the bill perfect! Love this is all I need with my King Mattress. WOuld always have this base if I got a mattress from now on.

I love these bases. They are so wonderful and so simple to use.
I have had my Tempur-pedic mattress for oh my gosh going on 20 years now and it is still a great mattress and my old base wasn't working anymore
I was so happy to upgrade to this one.
I love this design. The fabric on the base keeps my mattress in one place keeps my sheets in one place and I love being able to sit up in bed and have the comfort that I sleep best with with an adjustable bed.
Now with my new bases, I can adjust my bed and sleep great
I highly recommend Tempur-pedic products they are well worth the investment

The Tempur-pedic power base is amazing. The adjustability is better than expected and super quiet when operated. The cooling feature works perfectly and we have not yet tried the heating feature (this is a very hot summer!).
The most amazing part is the sleep analysis where it records your heart rate, breathing rate, REM sleep, deep sleep and when you get up to use the bathroom. Wow! Those FullPower sensors are finely tuned to detect everything just like a sci-fi movie. And getting that sleep analysis email every morning is incredibly helpful to know how well you are sleeping. We have not tried the audio featured but the snoring detector works great by slightly elevating your head when it detects snoring. And keep in mind we have the split king model and it can tell the difference in who (which side of the bed) is snoring. Wow. Everyone should have this! I'll never sleep on any other kind of bed.

I primarily use my EASE power base to elevate my feet above my head and great great relief! What I am more impressed with is I had a part of the frame bend and the customer service has been spectacular. I had no idea that the warranty was that good and that easy to navigate!

I bought the is Ease 4.0 power bed and is the best thing I ever did. I have a serious back condition and I also bought the mattress Sealy's 15 inch Posturepedic and it is the best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby on it last night thank you all so much.

Sturdy build, and the wiring is neatly tucked under the frame-nice touch. USB ports on the front sides are handy (though USB-C would be even better). The remote makes it easy to control everything, from underneath lighting to head/foot positioning, and saving favorite positions is a great feature.
My one disappointment: the Sleeptracker-AI sensor pockets sit at the top of the frame, behind the sleeper, and the analytics from that placement were way off. Moving the sensors under the mattress fixed the accuracy-but then what's the point of the built-in pockets? Fix that placement and this is a 5-star base.

Originally, I had not intended to purchase a base but am glad that the salesperson suggested it. It is nice to be able to raise both head and feet on occasion. I did not realize until a while after delivery that it could have been set up about 3 in. lower and asked for it to be done. I have not heard back from the lady I spoke with at our local store, asking for men to return and lower it.

As a disabled veteran, I suffer from chronic pain in most of my major joints and used to struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. The base tracks my sleep for me, gives me a daily email, and I love the snore detector. The base vibrates to wake me and I reposition. I now wake up feeling energized and well rested most mornings.

I love this bed base. It helps in a lot of areas for my body. Everyone's body's are different, figuring out the head adjustment that fits you, figuring out the leg position is also important, play with the raising and lowering of your head. One night you might only need your head raised. One night you might need the legs raised, it sure helps if you've been on your feet all day, raising the feet, helps with the swelling. Try to remember where you have the bed raised so you can go back to those settings. What worked one night, may not work the next night, so adjust one or the other. Head, or feet, till you are comfortable again. My advice is to change a lot, when you first get the Easy frame. Adjust up a little, raise the feet little by little, lay there for few minutes, if your not comfortable, raise a little more. You have your feet raised, you may not have to have the head up. It will work for you, just figuring out what you need is the best for you. I have Reflex Sympathy dystrophy Syndrome RSDS, and Very bad Chronic Pain, I have had back surgery, I just had Breast Cancer in both breasts, I now have Comlex Pain Reginal Syndrome CPRS. Getting a ease adjustable bed, has been life saving for me.

The waveform massage makes the purchase worth it. I'm sure with time I'll appreciate then other adjustments, but i find I sleep better flat so far. The anti snore features just wake me up so not a fan of those at all.
The base itself is very nice and seems very high quality. For the cost the base probably should have color selection and a brightness level as an option.

We had a ~2018 Tempur-Pedic base that we really liked, but this 2025 Ergo ProSmart is much better! We love that they considered lumbar, zero gravity, TV, and sleep positions, as well as Bluetooth speaker. The affixed mattress holder is great too. My previous model did not have that so the holder would slide all over the place, so we stopped using it. I really cannot think of anything else they could do with this base to make it better, but I just got it, so we'll see. I think this is really going to help my back and my sleep!

We bought split king (two twin XL) Tempurpedic mattresses to put on two Ease adjustable bases. Lots of great positions for reading, laptop work, watching tv, and sleeping. We love the bases. They are so helpful if you have a bad back. They can be raised to help make it easier to get out of bed. It's also nicer to sleep elevated when sick with a cold or the flu. The bases work great and are very handy for older people in a variety of ways.

We use this with our Split King Tempurpedic mattresses. They are so handy if you are sick or hurt and very comfortable for reading, working on a laptop, and watching tv. Easy to use and comes with three different options of leg heights.

So far this base meets the blah of the tempur-pedic luxeadapt hybrid medium mattress I also purchased. It clunks when being adjusted and isn't all that it was told it would be by the salesman. When spending as much money I spent for the mattress and adjustable base that money could have bought a decent used car. One would expect a lot better than this. If you like sleeping on a brick then hey! it's for you.

I Love the adjustable base. Not only does it adjust your top, bottom and middle but it massages your whole body with vibrational sounds. Sound vibrations have been shown to help our nervous system and I can say that it's a much more relaxing massage. I can also get rid of my sleep apps because this bed/frame is providing a lot more information (in a daily report) than my apps every did.

My wife needs to sleep with her head slightly raised; I need to raise my legs. With a Split CA King set up, we do both at the same time. Plus with a Tempur-Pedic you can get a great comfortable night's sleep. We bought our first Tempur-Pedicure Bases and Mattresses almost 20 years ago; we replaced it with two top-of-the-line Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Bases with a lot more features. It's the Rolls Royce of mattress control. As a bonus, the vibrations feature relaxes you and brings you a calm peaceful enjoyment at the end of a long hectic day.

I really wanted to love the new arctic breeze and base; however, the mattress is hot and the base with the fan only really works if you lower your room temperature. If I wanted to do that, I would have kept my old mattress that didn't require a base. I can't get comfortable on the mattress or base. No matter how many times I click the buttons, it just doesn't fit my needs. Total waste of a lot of money. Looking forward to switching it out after 30 days which; thankfully, the store I bought it from allows.

I would not recommend the ease adjustable bed to anyone. Run don't buy. We ordered a split king mattress. The right side of the split bed did not work on day one. Our bed was delivered on a Saturday. We trouble shoot and did everything as instructed in the manual. We called Sealy on Monday and it was discovered that the motor did not work. They would not return the frame. Which they should because it was a manufacture defect. The motor was in back order and I was number 36 in waiting for a part. Clearly that should be a reason to discontinue the ease adjustable base. When I asked for a return as this was a manufacture defect they refused to accept return. Even though the invoice clearly states they will accept return if it is a manufacture defect. Which is a flat out lie as they refused to take back the ease base. Even though the base did not work on day one. I was told it was not necessary for Sealy to accept return since the other side of the split mattress was working. So 30 days later and I still do not have my bed working. After speaking without 5 supervisors I was very disappointed in the product. It disappointed to invest thousands of dollars in a bed that did not work on day one. I will never use them again in the future nor will I recommend it to anyone. So disappointed in Sealy a supposedly reputable company😒
