This base is over priced. I have had a king pro smart base for a month now and would like to point out 2 critical flaws. It is very wobbly. The sound mode feature is near useless as latency and sound quality is terrible. That said, the massage mode is very nice and the adjustability of the base works as intended. The massage feature has definitely helped with falling asleep quicker, but the overall quality/price of the bed drags my rating down.
I purchased from mattress firm. Upon purchase they make you sign paperwork that these prosmart bases are non refundable, and now I understand why.

My Prosmart Base has put me to sleep like a baby. It also made the mattress that I already had feel more firm than it did when it was just on regular box springs. I kept that mattress because it was relatively new. That's actually what I thought I needed and it's been working out nicely.
The sleep setting where the bed raises your head and feet then massages you, then lowers you and massages you until you are flat is amazing. It's like when your mom rocks you to sleep as a baby and slowly tries to put you down. That and zero gravity are the sleep settings that I didn't know I needed.
The app is kind of glitchy and sometimes freezes when I try to turn off the vibrating alarm and that's somewhat annoying. I also wish it had more settings for the vibrating alarm so that it could have different times on different days. Hopefully that's being fixed. I don't really use the Bluetooth speakers because I already have speakers. That and the under bed lighting are features that I don't really use.
I recommend if you want to be put to bed like a baby.

Bought this power base directly from Stearns and Foster. Every smallest movement shakes the entire bed, making it very hard to sleep with a restless partner. Being there are no returns accepted, I feel like I got totally ripped off! I shook the bed slightly while looking underneath, thinking it might be the legs, but it's actually the metal parts that are flexing with the weight of the mattress so there is nothing I can do to change or fix this.

The king size base that we purchased feels wobbly and unstable. When I called customer service to see how we can make it feel more stabile I was put through a labyrinth of transfers and options and then told I need to have the serial number and purchase date. Not having that handy I asked if they can look up my purchase history and they said no. What? I purchased it online at your site and spent thousands of dollars and you can't find my purchase history?? She said I can find the serial number on the base remote. I got the remote and started to read it to her and she said that's the remote serial number and not the base serial number and that I would have to get it from the owners manual which I have filed away and not handy for the call. My question was simple: can I attach the base to our poster bed frame (to make more stable) without voiding the base warranty. She said she couldn't answer the question without knowing exactly which base I have, hence the need for the serial number. Absolutely archaic systems and processes! I can't wait for the whole customer service experience to be replaced by AI which I'm guessing will not be at S&F. Although a many decades long S&F customer I will never buy another one again.

I am sleeping so soundly now. I had an adjustable base for a queen bed and mattress from another company. It was a really poor purchase and it cost a lot more than yours did. Yours is so quiet and it only moves when I push the remote. I truly LOVE ❤️ IT!.

Also, I can sit next to him and work while he naps during the day. I only use the back setting and it seems the remote is finicky about that. It takes me 2-3 tries to get it to engage and move. It's probably just a fluke and I need to reach out to CS about it. Other than that it's been great!
