Decided to purchase the EASE Adjustable Base for our new mattress . I'm very happy with my decision! I am able to raise the head to read & watch TV without adjusting my pillows constantly. I also had knee surgery a week after getting this & it was a lifesaver being able to raise the foot of the bed to elevate my leg .

I love the Ease. I didn't realize how much using this would transform my sleep. There are so many advantages to being able to raise the head of my bed, even slightly. I got this for my wife's surgery, to make it easier on her getting in and out of bed, recovering in bed, watching tv, etc. This is one of the best investments. I love the zero gravity feature as it does not put undue stress on her hips. It would also be an amazing feature for the elderly to help prevent bed sores. I love the speakers, the vibration. Nothing but love this smart adjustable base.

I have had issues almost every month of my first year using my power base. Some issues could be fixed by texts with their tech dept but I also have had 6 parts replaced by their authorized repair person. They don't care how many times your base fails. They will never replace it. You text and text as their tech support will not talk to you. This is back and forth for days. One part had to be replaced three times in one year! My bed isn't working now and I can't get support. Beware, don't buy this bed!

This base is over priced. I have had a king pro smart base for a month now and would like to point out 2 critical flaws. It is very wobbly. The sound mode feature is near useless as latency and sound quality is terrible. That said, the massage mode is very nice and the adjustability of the base works as intended. The massage feature has definitely helped with falling asleep quicker, but the overall quality/price of the bed drags my rating down.
I purchased from mattress firm. Upon purchase they make you sign paperwork that these prosmart bases are non refundable, and now I understand why.

My Prosmart Base has put me to sleep like a baby. It also made the mattress that I already had feel more firm than it did when it was just on regular box springs. I kept that mattress because it was relatively new. That's actually what I thought I needed and it's been working out nicely.
The sleep setting where the bed raises your head and feet then massages you, then lowers you and massages you until you are flat is amazing. It's like when your mom rocks you to sleep as a baby and slowly tries to put you down. That and zero gravity are the sleep settings that I didn't know I needed.
The app is kind of glitchy and sometimes freezes when I try to turn off the vibrating alarm and that's somewhat annoying. I also wish it had more settings for the vibrating alarm so that it could have different times on different days. Hopefully that's being fixed. I don't really use the Bluetooth speakers because I already have speakers. That and the under bed lighting are features that I don't really use.
I recommend if you want to be put to bed like a baby.

Bought this power base directly from Stearns and Foster. Every smallest movement shakes the entire bed, making it very hard to sleep with a restless partner. Being there are no returns accepted, I feel like I got totally ripped off! I shook the bed slightly while looking underneath, thinking it might be the legs, but it's actually the metal parts that are flexing with the weight of the mattress so there is nothing I can do to change or fix this.
